Gabby Hoffman, host of CFACT’s District of Conservation podcast and Conservation Nation YouTube series, appeared on NewsNation TV to challenge the Biden Administration’s new electric vehicle (EV) mandates from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
The new emissions rules would require 2/3 of new vehicles sold to be EVs by 2032.
“On the base of this EPA rule, simply put its just a pipe dream divorced from reality” Hoffman said. The EPA is even constitutionally limited as to what it can and cannot do. Under the West Virginia v. EPA ruling that was handed down last year, this is a pretty wide-sweeping rule to be interpreted.”
