New air quality data from China don’t support EPA claim that PM2.5 kills

China seems to have made substantial progress in cutting PM2.5 levels in Beijing.

I don’t see the decline in mortality. It’s a crude look for sure, but the claimed improvement in Beijing air quality is dramatic, everyone in Beijing breathes the same air but mortality has increased substantially.
